Meet our fantastic healthcare team! We are here to take care of you and make sure you feel comfortable. Our team includes skilled doctors and friendly staff who all work together to help you stay healthy.
Our doctors work in a partnership and as a group. Although you are registered with a named doctor, you may see any of the doctors in the partnership. However, we encourage you to remain with one GP for routine appointments to improve continuity.

Practice Management
Maia Ensor
Our Practice Manager, along with the Doctors, is responsible for the development of the Practice for the benefit of our patients. She is also responsible for staff management, dealing with general enquiries and complaints. |
Reception
The receptionists deal with enquiries, appointments and general administration. If they are unable to respond to your enquiry immediately relevant details will be recorded on the computer system, and the duty doctor will respond as appropriate. In this case you will be asked to contact the surgery later in the day when the doctor’s comments can be passed on. |
Secretaries and Administrators deal with other aspects of practice admin such as referrals, medical reports/summaries/coding/scanning and processing documents. |
Clinical Practice Pharmacists
Our Practice Pharmacists work with patients to ensure that they are using the most effective medication and use it appropriately to manage long and short term conditions. They also manage requests for repeat medications, and review repeat medication regimes for patients on an annual basis. Our Pharmacists are expert medication specialists and provide advice to our other clinical staff on the most appropriate prescribing options. Practice Pharmacists are available for consultations with some patients who have complex chronic diseases or if you have a query about the medication you are taking. |
Pharmacy Technician
To undertake medicines reconciliation in accordance with practice protocols and to update patients medical records or prescribing accordingly. Support the Practice team with queries relating to prescription requests and looks for ways to improve the efficiency and safety of the prescription issuing process, ensuring queries are resolved and scripts issues in line with the timeframe in the practice procedure. Review ‘outpatient’ letters which include changes to drug treatment and make changes to patients repeat medication list as appropriate. |
