The NHS App

The NHS App allows you to access a range of NHS services. You can download the NHS App on your phone or tablet.
You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.


 

 

What you can do with the NHS App

You need to prove who you are to get full access to the NHS App either using photo ID or with information provided to you by the surgery. With full access you can:

  • You will be asked for 3 pieces of information if you are unable to register for the NHS App using photo ID;

- A Linkage Key (which could be called a Passphrase)

- An ODS Code (which could be called an Organisation Code or Surgery ID) 

- An Account ID

These will be provided to you by the practice when registering for online services.

 SystmOnline - AIRMID app access

SystmOnline which can be downloaded as an App on your phone and the App is called "AIRMID".
You will need to contact the surgery for a new username and password and a link to click on to access SystmOnline which is below.

This will require you to enter the username and password we have sent in a text message.
You will then be asked to reset the password to a memorable one.

First you will need to enter the password we have given you in the text message and the next 2 boxes are the new password you have created.
